ASP has chosen to go to market with a select group of manufacturers. Our intent is to limit the lines we represent, which will allow us to analyze, train, and drive relationships for our manufacturers and spend significant time selling each partners’ complete line in our footprint. Our ability to represent these lines as an extension of our partners allows our performance to standout.
ASP has a team of field ready, professional trainers on staff as well as an in-house training facility located in North Texas. Being a training organization allows us to add real value for our partners when selling their products. Our trainers have considerable experience with product groups as diverse as Indoor Air Quality, Parts and Supplies, and Air Conditioning Equipment. We believe that training is crucial to successfully growing our partners’ products.
In addition to leveraging our existing relationships, ASP is using technology to its advantage. We are leveraging technology to identify, analyze, and track opportunities so we can continue to improve our performance and share important information with partners. ASP is also leveraging technology to create the best product training experience possible.
In addition to focusing on wholesale distribution, the ASP Team will create value with our contractor base. We firmly believe that training contractors on how our partners’ products will add value to their organization is extremely important.

Ted has worked in the construction business his entire career. He started as a carpenter for a single-family residential builder in Albuquerque, NM. He progressed rapidly, and became a Project Manager, in charge of both construction and sales for two different tract builders. He then moved into multifamily construction, both as a Superintendent and Project Manager.
Ted moved to Texas and went into the construction sub-contracting business. He ran a successful business which he sold in 1990. In the early ‘90’s Ted began his career with a small manufacturer in the plumbing and HVAC business. He started as a Regional Sales Manager, then became National Sales Manager. Ted moved on to work for a large rubber pipe insulation business, where he was the Western HVAC manager.
In 2006, Ted went to work for a plumbing manufacturer’s representative, where he started and ran the company’s new HVAC division. Ted put together a great team, which was extremely successful developing and growing the HVAC business in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and New Mexico.
Ted has been married to his best friend Patricia for over 30 years. They have three sons, who are all successful in their own lives. They are lucky enough to have 7 grandkids, and they get to see them most weekends.
Ted is now very excited to be a principal in this new venture. He firmly believes that relationships drive profitable sales and feels blessed to call on and work with his friends in all areas of the HVAC sales channel.
Tim comes to ASP with over 30 years of building construction products sales experience. These products range from kitchen & bath cabinets, plumbing fixtures and faucets, electrical services, and HVAC products. For the last 15 years, Tim has worked for a large HVAC Manufacturer’s Representative as an Account Manager and Group Manager covering the Austin and San Antonio, TX markets.
Throughout Tim’s career, he has built strong relationships with his customers, contractors, and manufacturer’s. He has built a reputation for being a problem solver. Tim enjoys spending time his boat on the area lakes with friends and family. He also is a huge Texas A&M and Dallas Cowboy fan. Tim has been married to his best friend Sharon for 3 years. Together, they are blessed to have 5 kids, 1 daughter in law, 1 son in law, and 2 beautiful granddaughters. Tim is very excited to continue his career with ASP and continue to build strong HVAC industry partnerships.
Robert comes to Air Solution Partners with over 25 years of HVAC and Plumbing wholesale and manufacturers representative agency experience. Robert is a true partner for his customers and takes pride in his ability to generate new business. While he excels at generating new business, he also has the unique ability to drive sales through relationships he creates with HVAC wholesalers. Robert has gained the reputation with HVAC wholesale customers as a true problem solver. His tireless dedication to his customers and vendors sets Robert apart from other salesmen.
Robert also proudly served his country in the United States Navy onboard the USS Meyerlord FF-1058, 1988-1992. Robert resides in Houston, Texas, and is thrilled to being working in his hometown. Robert is an avid sports fan of the Texans and Astros. He also enjoys movies with his family and is an avid marksmen. Robert is married to Adriana Squyres- the love of his life. Robert has three sons, Robby Jr, Zachary, and Liam.
Blake comes to Air Solutions Partners with 20 years of experience in varying roles within the technology industry, including industrial controls, semiconductors, and Information Technology. After serving in the United States Air Force, Blake moved to Austin, Texas to work for a large semiconductor manufacturer. From there Blake’s career progressed into industrial controls, and then Information Technology. Blake prides himself on his problem-solving skills and customer satisfaction.
Blake resides in Dallas, Texas, and is excited to bring his technical skills to ASP. Blake is an avid University of Texas, and Dallas area professional sports fan. Blake loves to hunt, fish, and be outdoors, especially anywhere with mountains. Blake has 3 children Payton, Reese, and Enzo.
Tristan comes to ASP having spent time working in his family’s HVAC manufacturing business in as well as working in the hospitality industry. He brings youth and a sense of excitement to the ASP team. Tristan is responsible for all inside sales activities within the company including sales metrics reporting, customer service, job quotes and more.
